Adam Patrick is a seasoned strategist and technologist with 15+ years of experience working across government agencies, economic development organizations, private businesses, startups, and multi-state education agencies. His career has never been confined to one sector — and that breadth is exactly what makes SPT different.
Adam holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, where he focused on organizational transformation and data-driven decision-making. That foundation, combined with real-world delivery experience across industries, gives him a rare ability to bring private-sector rigor to public-sector challenges.
He founded Success Play Technologies to channel that cross-sector expertise into a firm with the structure, team, and methodology to deliver at scale.
